How do I get started?

To get the process started please use the Contact page to get in touch. I’ll then get back in touch with you to arrange a free initial chat at a time that suits you.

How do I pay?

If you decide to go ahead and book a plan after our initial chat I will email or text you an invoice. Plans are priced per four weeks and are paid in advance.

What does a plan consist of?

Depends on you! All plans will start with an initial consultation where we’ll establish your goals, what you enjoy and anything that might get in your way. From that I’ll write your plan. It can include both cardio and strength training, or one or other. Depends on your needs.

Where will we train?

I am not based in a commercial gym. Therefore I can train you at your own home, outdoors or in my box gym. It’s up to you. I have my own kit and am fully insured. I will train in all weathers, we’re Scottish after all.

Can I cancel a session?

I’m here to help you. If life happens and you need to cancel a session I will do my best to rearrange to a different time in the same week. Sessions cannot be carrier over into another week.
