We all lead busy lives, and everyone’s time and reason for training is different.

I can provide you with an online plan you can follow by yourself, or we can work together with in-person sessions. Either way, we’ll have an initial chat to work out your goals, lifestyle and any limitations so the plan will be designed specifically for you. I will offer support and guidance throughout to help you reach your goals.

I am based in Midlothian, Scotland. In-person training is available for clients in East Central Scotland within reasonable travelling distance.

Online Training Plan

We’ll have an initial consult to establish your goals and lifestyle. You’ll then get a bespoke four week training plan. Log your progress and get support from me online.

£120 / block of four weeks

Personal Training

Includes one 1-2-1 PT session with me per week, and sessions to complete in your own time

Following an initial consultation to establish your goals and how to fit training into your life, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive four week training plan including one in-person 1-2-1 session per week.
