Welcome to Simplify Health & Fitness – Your Path to Sustainable Wellbeing!

Hi, I’m Claire – a certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s degree in Education, based in Midlothian, Scotland. My mission is to help you build healthy habits that last, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to make the best choices for your health and fitness.

Why I Started Simplify Health & Fitness

I created Simplify after feeling overwhelmed by the conflicting advice online about getting fit and staying healthy. Everywhere I looked, I saw misleading “quick-fix” weight loss plans, unrealistic diet fads, and myths about fitness. People around me were stuck in cycles of restrictive eating, struggling to lose weight, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

So, I decided to combine my expertise in education with my personal training knowledge to create something different – a science-based, no-nonsense approach to health and fitness.

A Personal Training Approach That Puts YOU First

At Simplify Health & Fitness, I don’t believe in crash diets or extreme workout plans. Instead, I focus on:

  • Evidence-based guidance – No gimmicks, just practical advice to help change your lifestyle.
  • Personalised coaching – Because one-size-doesn’t-fit-all
  • Empowering you – My goal is to help you gain confidence in your health journey so that, eventually, you don’t need me!

If you’re looking for a quick-fix, a coach to shout at you while you starve yourself for 12 weeks just to drop a few pounds, then I’m probably not the right fit. But if you want to create real, lasting change in your life, then I’m here to help.
